Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

At LaLuna Art Prints, every artwork is printed to order with care. We take pride in the quality of our prints and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we're here to help and will gladly arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Please contact us through our website within 7 days of delivery, providing:

• Your order number

• At least 3 clear photographs showing the damage or printing issue, including close-up images and a full view of the affected print

• Photographs of the packaging, if possible, particularly if it was damaged during shipping

These photographs are essential for us and our printing partner to assess the issue and arrange a replacement.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we'll arrange for a replacement print to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer an appropriate refund.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small independent art print business, every physical print is produced specifically for your order through our professional printing partner.

For this reason, we do not ordinarily accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind after purchase

• Personal preferences regarding color or appearance

• Other reasons unrelated to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied

All physical prints are sold UNFRAMED. Any frames shown in our product photographs are for display inspiration only and are not included with your purchase.

We make every effort to accurately represent our artwork through detailed descriptions and product images. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
